4to. 8.75 x 6.5 inches. 90 + [1] pp. Bound in original red cloth, gilt. A few small stains on front board and spine a little sunned. Flyleaves foxed, but otherwise a very good clean copy. Illustrated throughout by the author. A curious Brooke item in which he indulged his fascination with the surreal, and his skill in producing collage, cut from Edwardian newspapers and ingeniously assembled, to produce bizarre images, reminiscent of the work of Terry Gilliam for Monty Python many years later.
