Light spotting of top edge, but otherwise a very good copy. Illustrated throughout by distribution maps and by line drawing text figures. Decorated by title page vignette. A companion to The Atlas of Breeding Birds in Britain and Ireland, mapping 200 species, based on surveys organised by the Trust and the Conservancy in the winters of 1981/2, 1982/3 and 1983/4, with accompanying text.
